Co-Founder & CEO
Hilary Ferguson
Hilary Ferguson has been teaching High School Biology for the last 10 years and has credited her love of teaching to her love of being in learning spaces. She holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology and Media from Teachers College, Columbia University with a focus on Culturally Relevant Education. She is committed to promoting engaging and impactful learning experiences in and out of the classroom.

Chad Morton
Chad Morton is a doctoral student at Rockefeller University with over 10 years of experience working in science research and is committed to helping to increase access to Caribbean scholars in predominantly white spaces
